Initial treatment will include a holistic consultation to understand the reasons for treatment, how to better help the client and whether there are any contraindications or concerns. There is no extra charge for this additional time.
It’s important to note that reflexology works to improve your wellbeing, and your ability to live well with any illness or chronic condition you may have. Whilst you may well find it helps to alleviate aches, pains and specific symptoms, it does not claim to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

My chair has a weight capacity of 20 stone. If you think this might be a problem please contact me and I can arrange an alternative.

Full Reflexology Foot treatment 50 minutes - £40

Take off your shoes and socks, roll up your trousers to mid calf, lie back and relax. This is a firm massage on the feet applying pressure to specific points to completely relax and calm the body, improve mood, help the body re-balance, aid well-being.
Facial Reflexology treatment 40 minutes - 40

A light cleanse and warming of the skin to prepare for the delicious Neal’s Yard Organic Facial oils, then the reflexes of the face and scalp are massaged to leave you feeling calm, serene and rested.
Top to Toe Reflexology treatment 70 minutes - £47
Book an hour treatment and I will adjust the timing my end.

Starting on the face with light cleanse and warming of the skin, I then use delicious Neal’s Yard Organic Facial oils on the reflexes of the head, face and scalp to start the calming process. After 20minutes I move to the feet and give a complete reflexology foot treatment whilst you are already fully relaxed. Self care at its best.

Hand Treatments uses the reflexes in the hands to help with relaxation, great for aches and pains and rebalancing the body, improving blood flow, sleep and reducing anxiety. Then add a full foot treatment. This really packs a punch for relaxation and re balance.

Children and teenagers can benefit hugely from reflexology, calming them, helping them sleep. Helping with digestive, teething and anxiety issues. The treatment is shorter and gentler but just as good.
