Olga McDonald

Hello, my name is Olga McDonald, I am a trained Reflexologist and I have been running my own practice since 2021.

I had a busy and stressful career for several decades, I have seen and experienced what that can do to a person.

Upon retiring, I decided to focus on the health and well-being of both myself and others and learned how to assist others in keeping that balance of “healthy body, healthy mind”.

I began my training with the Calming Influences College in 2020 and got immensely excited as I learned about the amazing health benefits that touch therapies, particularly reflexology, can bring. I graduated with a VTCT level 3 qualification in October 2021. This involved two exams, three face-to-face assessments, and over 100 hours of assessed case studies and hands-on practice.

People tend to come to me when they are feeling frazzled from a full-on life, or they have already suffered some medical issues and are now at a stage where they value the holistic re-balance of Reflexology.

I feel privileged to help people improve their health and well-being. I love to see people visibly relax in the chair as I start the massage. I live for the times that someone falls asleep during treatment, or tells me how much better and calmer they feel afterwards. My main drive is to help my clients feel better within themselves through the medium of Reflexology.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully Insured and listed on the NHS Choices website. I welcome new clients, and I am excited to help you explore the world of Reflexology and how it can benefit you both physically and mentally.

“I have been delighted with my reflexology from Olga. The positive effects were instant, but continued to develop for a few days post treatments. Interestingly, I have found that regular treatments do not simply ‘reset’ me, but have a cumulative impact and improvements. She undertook a detailed consultation with a holistic approach. We discussed a balancing health approach, looking at diet, sleep and the gut. I have had breast surgery and have damage to my nerves and lymphatic system. I loved the foot and leg techniques, but especially enjoyed the benefits from working on my hands and arms. If you really want to invest in your health I would suggest taking up one of her packages.
