Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you book an appointment you are holding a space that can’t be used by another client. If you cannot make your appointment please call or message me as soon as possible so that I can offer this space to another person.

  • If having a foot treatment then wear something that can be rolled up to mid calf which will allow a better treatment. Similarly for a hand treatment, sleeves that can allow access to just above the elbow will work best. For facial reflexology something that gives access to the neck area is best.

  • I have a driveway which is available for parking or if you prefer there is free parking on the road outside.

  • I currently accept cash or BACs (direct bank transfer) payments.

  • Many health plans and insurance policies allow for reflexology treatments. I can provide you with a receipt that gives my AOR membership number to claim the money back. Please ask if this is what you require.

  • Yes indeed, who wouldn’t want a relaxing foot massage in pregnancy. Bliss!

I offer reflexology from 12 weeks pregnancy for new clients. In the late stage of pregnancy it is not possible to lie back fully as it can harm the baby but I have a couch or can come to you and use your most comfortable chair so you can simply stay relaxed in your own home.

  • Yes. All ages can benefit from the calming effects of reflexology. A children’s treatment is shorter and gentler but works just as well. If the child is under 16 a parent or guardian needs to be with them. From 16 to 18 it is their choice whether a parent is in the room.

I had one of Olga’s treatments and it was blissful. Also, weirdly got rid of a migraine I’d had for 4 days. Will definitely be re-booking. Olga came to my home and it was very relaxing. If you’ve never tried Reflexology, it it well worth the price she is charging.
